- Register or Log In:
- If new, click on Register and enter your details (ID number, mobile number, and email).
- If already registered, simply log in using your credentials.
- Pay the Registration Fee:
- You may be required to pay a one-time registration fee via M-Pesa.
- Follow the payment instructions provided.
- Generate Your Credit Report:
- After logging in, select Credit Report or CRB Clearance.
- Confirm your request and pay the applicable fee.
- Download the CRB Clearance Certificate:
- Once payment is successful, your clearance certificate is generated.
